Orders

In-store pickup orders will generally be ready same day if placed before 12:00pm CST, but please allow 24 hours during normal business days. Please wait for confirmation that order is ready for pickup.

Shipping and delivery times exclude weekends and Holidays. Wildcat Wearhouse ships business days only.

In-stock orders placed by 12:00pm CST, will ship same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST, will ship next business day.

During high-volume times - before classes begin and the holidays - we will do our best to get orders out in the order they are received, but ship/pickup times may be delayed.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

- Your item(s) must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

- Tags must be attached.

- You must include the receipt or proof of purchase. We are unable to do returns without a receipt.

- Refund will be in the form of original payment. For credit/debit returns, please allow 3-5 business days to credit your card.
